Governor Nathan Deal issues a Proclamation declaring August 12, 2018, as Georgia’s International Youth Day
TICI recognized by the Obama Administration for Outstanding Community Service with the Presidential Gold Award
As a tribute to TICI’s vision, Governor Nathan Deal issued a proclamation declaring Nov. 17, 2017, as Humanitarian Day in the State of Georgia. On the same day, the Georgia House of Representatives and the Senate recorded a resolution that states Nov. 17 will go down in history as Georgia’s Humanitarian Day. Civil Rights leaders such as Dr. C.T. Vivian were recognized.
In August 2022, Governor Nathan Deal issued a proclamation for Georgia to have its own International Youth Day
